This course, designed for Japanese development personnel, aims to introduce PCM method, an effective tool to manage an aid project through planning, implementation and evaluation using Project Design Matrix (PDM). PCM method was developed by FASID based on ZOPP, or Objective-Oriented Project Planning method, developed by GTZ. PCM courses consist of Participatory Planning courses and Monitoring & Evaluation courses. We also offer PCM courses for various government and private organizations and graduate schools upon request.
