This course is offered for those Japanese who are involved in NGO activities in developing countries. The course mainly deals with participatory methodologies such as PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) or PLA (Participatory Learning and Action). It could be applied in the phase of planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of development assistance projects whose focus is on community development.
