Study for Developing Program and Policy Evaluation Method
The trends of development aid have stressed on the improvement of its "quality" and "accountability." In addition, the view point of aid evaluation has been expanded from the project levels to the program, sector, and policy levels. However, these evaluation methods are not established yet. Therefore, this research program aims at developing the evaluation methods that can be applied for the program, sector, and policy levels, based on the project evaluation method (Project Cycle Management: PCM) developed by FASID in 1996.
