These programs are commissioned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with a view to fostering Japanese personnel with a through knowledge of the theory and practice of development assistance, and to deliver outstanding research outcome by Japanese personnel toward the international development community.
The program supports Japanese researchers and development specialists up to one year to undertake research related to the international development at an overseas university, research institution, or similar establishment.
